Description
The movie may be able to hold viewers' interest, but overall it feels more like they are waiting for anything significant to happen on Afdah Movie. Even if the plot isn't always obvious, it manages to keep viewers interested in the family drama that develops from the start of the film to its provocative conclusion. There are many layers to explore, including symbolic imagery such as the terrifying visions of Willow's father and self that she persistently experiences in her dreams. Like her father's violent actions, Willow's continual need for an oxygen tank is a reflection of her being stuck in this situation and trying to find a way out. Although there isn't much terror, the film is frequently structured like a gripping thriller with danger lurking around every corner.
